DOMESCO - TRAINING PROFESSIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN 2017

To help our team of pharmacists continue to improve their sales skills effectively, step by step building a team of professional pharmaceutical sales representative is one of the key issues which is focused by the Board of Directors.

Therefore, DOMESCO Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation continues to train professional sales skills for the team of pharmacists in 12 branches of the Company.

This training plan is divided into four (04) sessions with four regions: the Northern Vietnam; the Central Vietnam; Ho Chi Minh City, Eastern and Mekong region.

The first training session was held from 11th Aug to 13th Aug, 2017 at The Reed Ninh Binh Hotel for the Northern region. In these days, the pharmaceutical sales representatives are communicated, guided the sales skills and application of selling solution, methods of increasing profit margins, the model DISC for customer’s personality classification and knowledge of cardiovascular products and new antibiotic products.

The second training session was held at Vietsopetro Dalat Hotel from 18th Aug to 20th Aug, 2017 for the Central Region. At there, the company's pharmacists are also imparted skills to sell products successfully and efficiently.

Companion and direct participation in this training for the pharmacist is the General Director, managers, teachers and trainers of the Company.

In addition, the pharmacists also participated in Gala Dinner and Team Buiding activities after the end of each training, helping the members of the branches had the opportunity to meet, exchange and share work experiences to each other, to equip themselves with new knowledge and experience, enrich the background for the journey to conquer the new peaks.

The next training will take place from 25th Aug to 27th Aug, 2017 for the Hochiminh City and Eastern region and continue to Mekong region on 08th – 10th Sep, 2017.

With the expectation that after the training course, the pharmaceutical sales representative of the Company shall master and implement the necessary skills of professional sellers, know how to maintain the traditional customers, expand the potential customers, create long-term competitive advantage for business, and bring high-quality products to patients to offer community a healthy life.
